LUCA CARVALHO

 

Pedro grew up in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. At the age of 18 he came to live in New York City and attended The American Academy of Dramatic Arts to study on thier 2 year acting conservatory program.

 

His talent and drive for the business lead to his offer to join the school's prestigious New York Academy Company. In the 2013-2014 season, Pedro appeared in 5 plays for the public in New York.

 

After finishing with The Academy Company, Pedro worked with Broadway Playwright Douglas Carter Beane on his new show 'FAIRYCAKES' which played in New York City and regionally in Scranton, PA. 

 

We were lucky enough to shoot some episodes of This is Jamie with Pedro. His effortless talent for screen acting was a blessing to work with and he made every shoot an absolute pleasure to be a part of, no matter how stressfull they can be.

 

Season One of This Is Jamie is dedicated to Pedro. A very dear friend and a wonderful actor, taken from us far too early.
